We
have been trading since 1994 and specialise in coating, fencing, street
furniture (road signs, lampposts etc.), we also coat for the automotive
industry and any other industry that requires a powder coated finish.
We
can handle both large and heavy items and offer a variety of finishes
including: polyester, plastic and post-formable powders. We have also
recently installed a new facility, which allows for a zinc-enriched primer
to be applied prior to powder coating, (see
Polyzinc Process) thus offering an alternative to galvanising, zintec
or shot blast and zinc spray.
Our
prices are competitive, with a rapid turnaround and a quality second to
none. We also cater towards our customers needs, in dealing with any special
requirements that may be asked for.
All
our coatings are in accordance with the British Standards i.e. BS6496
in regards to aluminium/BS6497, in regards to galvanised products, and
in accordance with Toy Regulation EN71.S
